State of the Onion

We know how many of you love to visit us at the Salt Spring Saturday Market here on our beautiful Island, but this year we will be taking a break from the Market. After 12 years of intense and enjoyable sampling and visiting at our Monsoon Coast stand we have decided to take this summer off for a battery recharge and to perfect some fabulous new spice mixtures we have created.

Please come and enjoy the Market and Salt Spring even if we're not around. It's the best market of its type that I've ever experienced. Drop into
Salt Spring Natureworks or Admirals Fine Foods, both right in the centre of Ganges, or Ganges Village Market (uptown) for all your Monsoon Coast needs. For your Railway Chai fix, head over to Barb's Buns where they make great Chai Steamers with our Monsoon Coast Railway Chai.
